Avocado Sushi with Coconut Aminos Recipe

Sushi making is a real art; it sits alongside origami & the gorgeous ancient tea ceremonies of Japan! mmmm note-to-self, come back as a cute as a button & killer sushi-making geisha in the next life!...what to do?... by jove I've got it!! My kind of free styling & fast fun loving way!!

Ingredients:

Half a firm but ripe avocado, cut into ¼’s

Sploosh of Coconut aminos

Pinch of dried chili flakes

1 nori wraps, cut into strips

Method:

Cut your nori wrap with scissors or a sharp knife to create 2 long strips. Brush these with a little coconut aminos, so they become sticky. Lay your avocado pieces down & simply wrap the nori strips around the bundle to stick. Slosh over more coconut aminos, chili & Wam-bam thank you oh glorious food gods of the East!!
