Turmeric, Ginger & Coconut Fat Bombs Recipe

These golden bites are basically “golden mylk” turned into Fat Bombs which are a total A + winner of lusciousness!! Full of healthy nourishing fats, rich in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, they are boldly spiced, insanely delicious, creamy, unctuous and a real afternoon pick-me-up to curb cravings and nourish your temple!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20g peeled turmeric root, roughly chopped
  • 20g ginger root, peeled, roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon powder
  • 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup or 10 drops of liquid stevia or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp., pure vanilla extract, paste or powder
  • 100g Extra virgin coconut oil, softened
  • 100g Coconut butter
  • Few grinds of black pepper
  • Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

 

METHOD: 

Combine all the ingredients into a blender, blend till smooth! Divide the mixture between two silicone moulds of your choice, enjoy the rest with a teaspoon  Transfer to a fridge or freezer to set solid, before transferring to a container in the fridge. Enjoy
